TFIOS Special Early Screening

YES YES YES.

I GOT INTO THE SPECIAL EARLY SCREENING OF THE FAULT IN OUR STARSSSSSS

KALSHFAJKLSHDLAJKDKLAJDLADASFJAFHLFA!

Basically, the tickets started selling on the 2nd of June, and immediately during Sahur, I purchased mine!

It was a full house show by the way, and you could feel the sense of excitedness in the hall since obviously everyone there had read the book beforehand. The special screening was only done on Saturday and Sunday. The actual release date will be around the next 2 weeks. Felt so happy being among the first in Kuching to watch it!

Fangirled a lot over the posters of course:

The movie was BEAUTIFUL. They managed to stay true to the book about 95% of the time and I loved EVERYTHING. I cried about every 15 minutes for every sad scene they shown. By the end, I can hear in the hall that I wasn't the only one sobbing into a tissue. I will not give away any spoilers in case you haven't read the book yet.

But please, do pick it up, it is a light read and you could probably finish it in about a day to 3 days. It is THAT good.

#waybetterlovestorythanTwilight duh.

British Youtubers

Here's a fun fact.

I was actually born in Kuching, but raised in England. My first language is actually English. And not that fancy Queen's English, the suburban English. I had the thickest Cockney accent! XD I returned to Malaysia at the age of 6 though, and the accent gradually faded away, which is actually such a shame. Though I find it does sometimes appear when I am randomly conversing with actual Brits.

I feel that my English has become soooo Americanized due to hours of watching all of these American TV series. I even had a bank staff asking me about my accent and I was sort of bamboozled by it.

However.

I have recently discovered some awesome British YouTubers that I am absolutely LOVING at the moment. And dare I say it? I might fancy them more than the American YouTubers. Watching British YouTubers, especially their vlogs, makes me want to jump on a plane to the UK and reminisce all the places I used to live and visit. :D So yes, that is officially in my bucket list now! I will try to achieve that in 5 years. Fingers Crossed! Now on to my favourite British YouTubers!

Louise from SprinkleofGlitter

She is one of the funniest person ever! And her daughter Darcy is the one that got me subscribing! Totally adorable!!! She has a beautiful family, and her vlogs are so much fun to watch! She is so real, and genuinely funny that if I were to meet her in real life, I feel that I could befriend her instantly!

Zoella

One of the top British Makeup Guru now and bff of Louise above there. She is sooooo cute! Her vlogs are also awesome and captivating! BTW, she just got the cutest guinea pigs! 8D

Tanya Burr

She is so fun and sweet! She seems like to have love for everybody! At times she can be clumsy (ie. in the kitchen lol) but she is so real! I don't feel like she is pretentious and such.

Bubzbeauty

Okay so technically she is actually Chinese, but she was raised in, waitaminute. Scotland? Ireland? I am pretty sure it was Ireland. Okay just googled. She is from Northern Ireland. Yes! Got my accents right! :D I have to say though, lately I am enjoying her vlogs so much more than her beauty vids. Just because I can't stop laughing my arse (see what I did there? XD) off to them.

FleurdeForce

Omg, she is sooooo pretty! Her eyes are so round and her lashes are, gah. I love how honest she is when she review stuff, that some might find her being snobbish and complaining but to be honest, the accent sort of does make anything you say sound fancy. LOL. Her vlogs are also awesome and she usually includes her very good-looking husband in her videos who is super funny. And her dogs are precious! :D She is also the first British YouTuber I subscribed! So thanks Fleur!

Sammi from TheBeautyCrush

My latest find over the weekend! She is sooooo gorgeous! In such a natural way.She doesn't wear a heavy load of makeup from what I can see in her videos, just bright lipsticks. But I guess it helps if you have the most gorgeous eyes evarrrrr! She is also super cute and funny. And her accent definitely brings back memories! :)

JPO - Johor Premium Outlet

Went here during my trip to Ai-chan's wedding! Can you believe I was able to go there twice despite of my less than 40 hours in Johor? Haha.

The things shopping can do to you. XD

It totally looks like those cool American outlets. It felt like a whole new place the moment we stepped in!

Okay, photos are sucky because we went at night. The next day I was too lazy to take photo and was too into shopping my ass off with the amount of time that I have, huhu.

That's why we have Google Images, duh.

Looks awesome right? Okay, if you are thinking of heading over there, here are some tips!

If you are on a budget, say RM100, shops I'd suggest you head over to immediately are the Padini outles, Cotton On outlet and the food court. Haha. Cotton On is really awesome here. SUPER CHEAP!

Food, please try out the BBQ stall in the food court! Super yummy!!!!

However, if you have more money to throw away spend, feel free to walk in all the shops like a boss! haha!

Ai-Chan's Wedding in Johor

A long delayed post. Been so busy with the semester starting and kasjlakjdsksajdlaksdf. :(

Let's start off with my favourite photo of the bride!!! 8D

Too adorable!!!! XD

The theme was green, white and pink, and also blooming sakuras! Ai-chan is one of my friends that I have known from the JPop group Arashi local fandom. And we all started of small when Arashi was in the early stages, so everyone grew close. I was there with a bunch of other fangirls! We booked this huge family room and stuffed everyone in it. Haha! :D

Meet the Arashians! (the Seniors! since there seems to be a new growth of younger fangirls who just started getting into them, hehe.)

I know, we're such a bunch of camwhores. That's why we go take purikuras a lot.

Some shots of the wedding! :)

It was a beautiful ceremony, and almost all of us teared up during her solemnization. Huhu. And by the way, the food was oh so gooooodddd~

Beriani (super long rice), with assortment of beef curry, mutton curry, chicken curry kdsjkkaljdsalkjdas. I'm drooling already. And you get to choose from 8 types of drinks! WOW. I WAS SO SPOILT FOR CHOICE. My friends and  I kept heading back for refills of each type, just to taste 'em, haha.

Some photos with the newlyweds!

Check out the sign held by Kak Dina in the third photo; "Lots of <3 from Arashians". Love my fellow fangirls!

Selamat Pengantin Baru, Ai-Chan! ^^

P/S: Thanks to Chu for the lovely watermark! I love it!!! :D

Yes, Johor! Why Johor?

A fellow Arashi fangirl of mine is getting married! And other fangirls are coming from KL to Johor too!

I figured since the tickets are reasonable, I might as well take some time off before the semester starts!

It's been a while since I last met them so yeah, impromptu trip! =p

And this will be the glowing bride!

Photo taken from her engagement album in her FB. =)

 Isn't she pwetty???

けっこん おめでとう ございます あいちゃん!

Stalking 2AM (Part 4)

HAH. BET YOU THOUGHT THE PREVIOUS STALKING POST WAS THE LAST. NGAHA.

Ohnoeeeeessss... Right after the showcase ended, Kak Zura asked us if we wanted to head off to KLIA to watch them fly off since they were leaving that very night. XD

Hey, as long as someone's willing to drive back and forth, I have no problem with that.

So there we were, Nurul, Chika, Kak Dina, me and Kak Zura driving us at the speed of lightning (haha, tipu gile) to KLIA! Fangirling our asses off in the car of who looked cute when during the showcase. Hehehehehehehe. Jinwoon btw was super adorable. 8D

After quite an amount of waiting, the guys checked in to the international area, screaming fangirls all over the place. Including me, LOL.

Seulong wearing shorts. LOL. And JoKwon's studded backpack. Double LOL.

The pose in the lower middle pic is inspired by Kwonnie's pose for the stage game. YES, KKAPKWON FREAKIN' EMERGED IN MALAYSIA I WAS OVER THE FREAKING MOON SCREAMING MY ASS OFFFFFF~ okay, only fans will understand the excitement. 8DDD

The moment their plane took off, we all went to Burger King and discussed the events of the past 2 days. Somehow it felt like a dream, there I was, all the way from Kuching, got to be within less than 1 meter from the boys, have my album signed, and hear them perform LIVE.

Seriously, we were all rather emotional talking about it. I guess the feeling is really overwhelming, especially with these friends who I have known for a few years from the (surprise!) Arashi fandom. It's amazing how we stick together through and through.

We've already made a pact, that if there ever was to be a 2AM concert, we'll be waiting before sunrise!!! Yes, we're crazy that way. 8D

2AM. See what you have done? LOL.

Oh, here's a video of us airport stalking. 8D

Shameless squealing is a must. yes again, that's me screaming JOKWOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNN~!!!!!!!! XD

Stalking 2AM (Part 3)

THE SHOWCASE WAS AWHSUMMMM!!!!!

My friends and I waited in line from 10 freaking AM, whereas the showcase was supposed to start at 7!!! See how dedicated we are??? I blame the boys' smiles from the autograph session the night before.

I had my doubts about waiting in line that early but thankfully the line was indoor, where THANKYOUGOD there's air-conditioning. So the wait wasn't that bad, apart from the fact that I think I flatten the curve of my butt on that day. Haha. There were quizzes organised by Digi for the fans who were waiting and it must have been my lucky day since I won the first game. I was hoping the prize would be a meet and greet with 2AM (Hah!) turns out I got a free caller tune. And I don't even use Digi so I gave it to my friend. LOL.

Check out my uchiwa (that I spent 4 hours making thus, sleeping at 3.30am). It reads JoKwon by the way. Ngahaha.

And oh, the wait was totally worth it. FRONT ROW SEATS BAYBEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! TAKE THAT! 8DDD

Those who got the effing stage game passes got to meet them upclose onstage. AKSDJALDSJLAJDSLKAJDKAJLSDAA. F$%KIN JEALOUS OF THOSE WHO GOT SERENADED.

They btw, sang perfectly LIVE. PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT HARMONY LIKE WTF HOW CAN THEIR HARMONIES BE SO EFFIN PERFECT LIKE THAT SKLDJALJSDSKAJDKLAF.

They sang all their hits songs and at the end, we surprised Changmin, Jinwoon and Seulong with abirthday cake shaped like KLCC (because THEY LOVE SHOPPING AT KLCC, LIKE ZOMG) and sang Happy Birthday in both Korean and Malay. Changmin was so cute eating a piece of the cake and Jokwon eyeing him asking whether it tasted good or not. LOL.

Changmin: "I tried to eat the bridge, but it's made from plastic."

LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Stalking 2AM (Part 2)

Okay so I got the autograph session done.

Forgot to mention in the previous post how we waited outside the building after that. The autograph session was really smooth. Imagine this, 400 kids done in 2 hours. That's amazing! Despite getting shoved to the side after each autograph, I was happy!

When we went out we saw the fans already scurrying around the van at the main door. I was curious when I saw the van as I thought, "That's kind of a tiny van for 4 really tall Korean guys and their staff." Plus, there was only one door for the van and it was facing the road, I mean, did they expect the guys to walk around the van? Funny.

Suddenly this Digi guy tipped us off and said that the boys were getting into a van in the basement. That bloody van was a decoy!!!!

So we waited at the parking exit, where they MUST pass by to exit the area. AND WALAWEY, 5 MINUTES LATER THEIR VAN SHOT OUT!

There I was waving like mad, recording in the other hand. Really funny. I saw Seulong squished in the middle, and Jinwoon at the back. They were uber friendly, waving everyone. But that was when the fans waiting at the decoy van went MADDDDDDD.

They practically ran over when they saw my friends and I approaching the van and even crowded around the van when they had to stop at a traffic light not far from there. I MEAN THAT IS JUST CRAZEEEEEE!!!

At least my friends stopped stalking once the van was on the main road.

But I'm happy. I was the first one to notice them and the first one to wave at them right next to the van, so that was my accomplishment! 8D

Here's the vid, rather short, and the van is slightly tinted, but I'm thankful that it's not FULLY TINTED, ngahaha.

Okay, so maybe you can't really see much, here, but basically the guys are in the van, between their staffs and such. Bloody staff tried to cover the windows with their hoodies. Too late~ Bwahahahaha.

Stalking 2AM (Part 1)

This has been quite a delayed post, mostly because my friends and I just cannot get over the fact that they have returned to Korea and stuff. =(

It took me quite a while to have my 2AM HIGH calm down a bit. LOL.

We successfully got 2 out of 3 passes, 1 being the autograph session pass! The autograph session started at 7, we lined up at around 4pm. Basically had a huge lunch at Ikea (meatballs, salmon, chicken wings etc) to boost up our energy for all the waiting. Thank God I didn't have any tummy issues. Haha.

Then we were allowed into the hall at around 5.45pm. We got these pink tags for our wrist and WALAWEY, A FREE LIMITED EDITION (MALAYSIA VERSION) 2AM SAINT O'CLOCK ALBUM WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! 8D

I heard rumours before going to the session that the boys will only sign the Malaysia Version whereas I had bought mine online (SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION PULAK TU.) So I was a bit pissed off since I really wanted them to sign my Special Limited Edition album. Pfft. Nasib baik bagi free. Haha.

It's so funny how all my friends on that day were also my Arashian pals. We move together! Haha!

I recorded a lot since well, I couldn't keep my hand still to take still photos because I was screaming like the crazy fangirl I am. LOL. We were pleasantly surprised that they actually performed before starting the autograph session and sang "You Wouldn't Answer My Calls." One of my favourite songs!!!! *insert more incoherent squealing here*

And by the way, some of my friends and I who have never really fancied Changmin, found him to be UBER HOT during autograph signing (sadly his hair did not look as good for the showcase, darnit.). AND JOKWON'S MUSCLES ZOMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!! That short sleeves shirt really showed them off well! I couldn't take my eyes of them! 8DDD

I was so mesmerized by pretty Kwonnie, I sort of babbled with the rest!

To Changmin: In a cracked voice, "Hi.." (smiled like an idiot, eyeing Jokwon next to him)

To JoKwon:
JOKWON I LOVE YOU AND GAIN!!! LOOK LOOK! YOU AND GAIN!!! (gestured to my Adam couple hoodie)

To Jinwoon:
*similar to Changmin* and then nearly squealed like an idiot when I saw Kwonnie look at my hoodie TWICEEEE!!! KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!)

To Seulong:
Thank you for coming to Malaysia! (WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF???!!!)

Dammit. I really wanted to say Ajibaem (brother in law) to Seulong!!!! But my brain was all mashed up after seeing Kwonnie take a loot at me twice! ARGH.

To this day, I still can't believe I couldn't remember to say Ajibaem to Seulong. (=_=) Guys, please come back. I need to redeem myself.

Oh and since I recorded the first verse to the first chorus of the song, thought I'd upload it here:

Ehem. Yes, by the time JoKwon sang his part, I'm the one shamelessly screaming, "JOKWOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

GILA APA. LOL.

Let Me Relive the Past 3 Days...

Please. =')

Because I had one of the happiest times in my life shared with the best people I have ever met.

A report will be next. Just let me detach myself from going gaga over my fancams and all the other Malaysian fancams on YouTube. XDDD

I Am 2AM.

(No, Arashi is still number one fullstop. LOL.)

What Time Is It? It's 2AM!!!

Yes, 2AM is coming to Malaysia in less than a month! And I am going to be there!!!! 8D

It was purely coincidental that getting the pre-booked passes for the showcase, autograph session and the stage game was on the same weekend of my family vacay in KL.

Or maybe it was fate??? Fate for me to finally meet JoKwon and ask him to marry GaIn and continue with We Got Married??? XDDD

My reviews on WGM can be found here and here. It's a must watch for those who love romantic comedy in a reality setting. Oh wow, now I feel like rewatching it again. XD

I woke up at 5.15 am, and got to LRT Taman Bahagia around 7.15am, arrived at One Utama at 7.40am with fellow fangirl Julez (who I have known from the Arashi fandom).

There were less than 20 fans waiting at that time, so I wasn't worried. My other friends came around 8 and all of us were in line and ready to go.

But oh yes, the line only opens at 11am.

Yep, a lot of time was spent waiting and chatting our asses off. When the line finally opened, apparently most of the people in front of me were there to buy tix for their friends too. I was like WTF WILL THERE BE ENOUGH???

Good news, I got the Autograph pass and the Showcase pass.
Bad News, the Stage game passes were GONE.

I was so depressed. OTZ

But I decided to look at the bright side and be thankful that I even got the autograph passes. =)

Major camwhoring with the passes after waiting 5 freaking hours in line!!! XD
