Flying Off to Busan!

My first time ever to Korea!!!!

 It was supposed to be a trip for my husband and I, but my dad totally jumped in saying that everyone should go, so hahaha! Family vacation at its best again! This is our third trip this year! This is dad's way of making up for the previous years' lack of family outings, haha!

 And of course, can't wait to grind butts with this girl!!!

Syawal 2013

It was my first Raya as a wife, and I enjoyed it very much! Ada geng dah to go house-visiting! Hahahahaha~ Of course, maybe because we're still newlyweds, went a bit jakun with couple-coordinating raya outfits with whatever we had in the closet, haha!




My open house was a good one this year, though not as crowded as the years before, probably because it was only the second day of Raya AND it was on a Friday, but it was the year with the most number of my colleagues came to visit! It would usually just be Melisa, Erlinda and Kak Kiah. This year wa ssurprisingly more! Haha, terharu! :p




 And also my Ribena Gang! :D Never fail to bring the house down with our jokes and laughter XD! Thank you guys so much for coming! :')

What 2012 Meant for Me

2012 was a super eventful year for me!

Let's see:

My bestie Lynn left me again for her Masters in Korea.. :'( 

Bestie Salmi returned for good! :'D

I got engaged in April.

 Bestie Munirah returned for good!!! 8D

 

Another bestie Jani left me for his Masters in London.. D8

 

I got married in October on our 8th Anniversary of our relationship. :'D

Went on a honeymoon trip to our favourite country; the Land of the Rising Sun!

Attended so many weddings!

So many friends had babies! Even more are preggers! xD

So what's in store for 2013? Lots of new adventures I hope!

Erlinda's Wedding

I went to both ceremonies; her church ceremony and also the reception at night. I am such a noob to Church weddings I assumed that it wouldn't actually start on time, and arrived half an hour late to find that the ceremony was over! ZOMG. Kalau wedding Melayu, cakap start pukul 10, tapi pukul 11 baru pengantin datang. Huuuuu.. Tak pasal-pasal terlepas dah. Bu! :(

But we were in time for the photography session yeay! Her photographers were Piccherita by the way, the same guys who took photos for my engagement! :D

And of course, we just had to do an awesome random group shot coz we are shameless that way. XD

Her reception at night was held at The Banquet which I nearly got lost looking for, by the way. Haha. Rabun malam. I was seated right next to the entrance so I was the first to see her arrive. And voila, I got this shot:

Loved her dress! Suited her skin tone perfectly! <3 And of course, their first dance as husband and wife! :')

There were a lot of performance, since the two of them are musicians and music oriented (she's a singer, he's a drummer) so you can imagine the pressure it was for us to go there and sing as representatives for her work colleagues. NO, NO PHOTO. MUAHAHAHAHA. But I will show you this:

Damien stole me the balloons that were used to decorate the tables. Awesome. Balloons are epic in my book. XD

Lin-chan is Getting Married Today!

Finally, Erlinda's wedding day!!!!

She is one of the friendliest, bubbliest person I have ever met, and you cannot help but feel happy and cheerful around her. She has a bit of cheekiness in her that everyone adores!

Plus, I think she's my only officemate taht setiap kali nak pegi toilet or ambik air masak kat pantry, ajak smua orang pergi skali. Hahahahaha! :p

Last Thursday was her hen's night, and I so wished I could have been there if it wasn't for my brother being home alone that night. So instead, I helped Melisa to prepare her hen's night props. Haha!

From what I heard, she had a fun hen's night with her closest friends (slash bridesmaids! XD)! Good to hear that!

Going to her reception tonight! Will be singing for her! :') Congratulations again Ami! Love you lots! *hugs*

Welcome Home Salmi!!! =D

Another friend is home!

She is the reason I chose the date for my engagement!

I wanted her to be here! :')

 

After a flight trouble which caused her to arrive 3 hours later than she was supposed to, she is now home for good! Can't wait to have her start working here in Unimas!!! :D
